The University of Liverpool Award Documents Portal is the new home for all graduates to obtain their official graduation documentation. Every graduating Undergraduate, Online & Postgraduate Taught students from December 2018 onwards will be able to access and share their secure digital documentation.

All graduating students will be notified by email before graduation to inform the institution of their intentions. Part of this process will give you the ability to pre-register should you wish for this portal. To register all studentswill need to provide the following 4 pieces of information. 1) StudentID / OnlineID, 2) Surname as recorded in the student records system, 3) Date of birth and 4) Your MWS Username / Online Student email address.
In this portal you have life time access to all your graduating documentation from your time at the University. This will include multiple degrees so you will not need to register per/degree. You will have the ability to shareany of your graduation documentation with 3rd parties of your choosing. You will also have the ability to audit statistics on this via a personal dashboard.
At this moment in time we have no plans to support the generation of documents for previous graduates.
Once you have graduated from a course at the University your official documentation relating to that will appear online for your consumption. This will include your Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) and a digital electronicversion of your degree certificate. Please note this is not a replacement for your certificate collected during your award ceremony.
Your documentation is available to you for the lifetime of this portal.
Yes all graduates have the ability to share all graduation documentation with anyone they choose.
In this portal you have your own sharing hub which contains metrics about your sharing history. This will have information who has successfully accessed documentation you have shared and the time it was completed.
Your documents are both securely produced and stored within this portal. All documents are personally signed with a cryptographic signature for the individual. This means the document can be verified and validated which allows you toknow that each document has the authenticity - confirming the identity of each person who signed the document & document integrity - confirming that the document has not been altered in transit.
No, your documentation is secure and only you have the ability to decide who to share this with.
If you find an error within your documents from the portal then please use the contact us form to notify us of the issue. If this is something that needs to be amended we will do so and your new document will be available for you immediately.

If you've forgotten your password, you can set a new one by clicking the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page. A security code will be sent to your e-mail address that will allow you to start the password recovery process

Your electronic documentation will be available to view approximately 7-10 days after your degree ceremony. If this time has passed and you cannot see any documentation please use the contact form to let us know.
To view a graduates degree record/s they must first share this with you via this portal. You will then be contacted with instructions on how to access and verify the students degree details and Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR).
No this is a private portal for graduating students to view and share their documentation. You will only be able to view this information if it is directly shared with you by a student.
The University of Liverpool will only verify studies and achievement via documents shared and obtained through this digital portal. If you obtain documents in this manor and approach the University to verify studies your request will be declined. You will then be advised to contact the graduate to follow the correct procedure via this platform.
You will receive an email from our verify@liverpool.ac.uk email account. This email will detail the steps you need to follow and then send you PDF copies of the award documents needed.
